Bandstand Marriage Proposal

We carefully select locations that are quiet and secluded to create an intimate and romantic atmosphere. While weekends with good weather may bring a few passersby, the setting remains peaceful and they will not disrupt your special moment.

Our team will be on-site to take care of the full setup and handle the clean-up afterwards. We’ll be present throughout the event, so you can simply relax and focus on the moment. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’ll always be there to help.

Yes, our packages are customisable, but all changes need to be agreed in advance. Our gazebo package includes decorations, lights, flowers, prosecco, and tableware. You can also enhance the experience with extras such as afternoon tea or a lunch/dinner at the venue. Some locations even allow us to add a spa experience. ​ We’ll go through all of these options during your first consultation. Additional add-ons, such as balloons, a photo album, videographer, drone footage, and more - can also be arranged to make your proposal truly unique.

You are more than welcome to bring friends and family to share this special moment. For the most intimate atmosphere, we recommend keeping the group to around 10 guests. That said, we’re happy to discuss accommodating a larger group if you’d like. Please just let us know at least three weeks in advance if you plan to invite more than just the two of you.

Even though our gazebo proposals take place outdoors, the space is fully covered and beautifully decorated, so you won’t need to worry about the rain. Your special moment will remain intimate and comfortable, no matter the weather. In fact, the gentle sound of rainfall can add an extra touch of romance to the atmosphere, making the experience even more magical.

You’ll have a full hour to enjoy the beautifully prepared setup. This is usually plenty of time for the proposal itself and for your photographer to capture unforgettable memories. If you’d like to linger a little longer, additional time can be arranged for an extra charge.

You may cancel up to 72 hours before the event, however the deposit will not be returned. You can move the event to a different date that is available.
