How it all works?

Proposal Consultation
We’ll arrange a call at a time that suits you to learn about your story, discuss dates, locations, packages, and any ideas you have for your proposal. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll take a deposit (deducted from the final fee) and begin securing all the details to make it happen.

Package options and add-ons
Our packages showcase beautiful décor ideas to inspire your perfect proposal. You can add extras like champagne, flowers, photographers, hampers, dining, accommodation, and more. We also love creating bespoke touches to make your moment truly unforgettable.

Select Date, Time & Place
Together, we’ll choose the perfect date and time, and secure a stunning location that reflects your style. We’ll talk through the atmosphere you’d like to create, from intimate and private to grand and spectacular, and make sure every detail is perfectly timed so the moment feels effortless and unforgettable

Simple Agreement
To secure your proposal experience, we’ll both sign a simple agreement to confirm the details. A 50% prepayment then officially books your date, allowing us to begin reserving your venue, suppliers, and everything needed to bring your vision to life.

Final Check-In
One to two days before your big moment, we’ll reconfirm every detail with you—timings, location, suppliers, and setup—so you feel completely at ease. We’ll also share insider tips and guidance to make sure everything flows seamlessly and you feel confident leading up to the proposal.

Proposal Day
On the day we handle the setup and coordinate everyone involved. We’ll keep you updated and confirm when everything is ready. Then, guide your partner to the stunning setting, pop the question, and enjoy the moment—we’ll quietly take care of everything else, including tidying up afterward.

Any location in Costwolds and Oxfordshire, as well as locations in 2 hrs drive radius from Oxford.
Select an approximate date for your proposal—ideally confirming at least two weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to secure your chosen location, arrange suppliers, and perfect every detail, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day.
Decide if you’d like to add any special extras—such as drone footage, framed photos, fresh flowers, a premium bouquet, balloons, and more—to make your proposal even more unforgettable. Please note, extras are priced separately.

Is the gazebo proposal spot private or will it be open to the public?
We carefully select locations that are quiet and secluded to create an intimate and romantic atmosphere. While weekends with good weather may bring a few passersby, the setting remains peaceful and they will not disrupt your special moment.
Do you provide staff support on the day to set everything up?
Our team will be on-site to take care of the full setup and handle the clean-up afterwards. We’ll be present throughout the event, so you can simply relax and focus on the moment. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’ll always be there to help.
Can the package be customised (e.g., add champagne, musician, private tour)?
Yes, our packages are customisable, but all changes need to be agreed in advance. Our gazebo package includes decorations, lights, flowers,
prosecco, and tableware. You can also enhance the experience with extras such as afternoon tea or a lunch/dinner at the venue. Some locations
even allow us to add a spa experience.
We’ll go through all of these options during your first consultation. Additional add-ons—such as balloons, a photo album, videographer, drone
footage, and more—can also be arranged to make your proposal truly unique.
What is the maximum number of guests (if friends/family want to join)?
You are more than welcome to bring friends and family to share this special moment. For the most intimate atmosphere, we recommend keeping the group to around 10 guests. That said, we’re happy to discuss accommodating a larger group if you’d like. Please just let us know at least three weeks in advance if you plan to invite more than just the two of you.
Is there a backup option for bad weather if the proposal is outdoors?
Even though our gazebo proposals take place outdoors, the space is fully covered and beautifully decorated, so you won’t need to worry about the rain. Your special moment will remain intimate and comfortable, no matter the weather. In fact, the gentle sound of rainfall can add an extra touch of romance to the atmosphere, making the experience even more magical.
How long is the space available for the proposal?
You’ll have a full hour to enjoy the beautifully prepared setup. This is usually plenty of time for the proposal itself and for your photographer to capture unforgettable memories. If you’d like to linger a little longer, additional time can be arranged for an extra charge.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel up to 72 hours before the event and receive a full refund.
