How far in advance do I need to book?

We’re flexible and often able to take on last-minute projects—even up to two weeks before the event. However, bespoke proposals are more complex than our ready-made packages. With custom proposals, we take time to gather your vision, brainstorm creative concepts, and present tailored ideas.

For more intricate projects, planning can take up to four weeks. To ensure everything is seamless, we recommend reaching out at least four weeks before your desired proposal date.

How long does planning usually take from start to finish?

 

The timeline really depends on the complexity of your proposal. If you’d like multiple vendors involved—such as musicians, florists, or even fireworks experts—it can take longer, as we need to coordinate with everyone and secure the right date. These larger projects usually require 4–6 weeks.

Most of our clients, however, choose something more intimate and cozy. While still executed with the same high quality, these proposals are easier to coordinate and can usually be planned within 2–4 weeks. We’ll go over the best approach and timeline for your vision during your consultation.

What do your packages include and how much do they cost?

The cost of a custom proposal typically ranges from £850 to £2,500, depending on the scale and complexity of the event. Most of our clients choose an intimate proposal—often including florals, décor, champagne, snacks, and a beautiful venue—which usually comes to around £1,200.

We’re always happy to tailor the experience to your budget. If you’d like to keep things simple, we can suggest elegant ways to save. If you’d prefer something extra impressive, we can enhance the day with live musicians, more elaborate floral designs, or added experiences such as a spa, fine dining, and more.

All it takes is a quick call—share your budget, and we’ll design the perfect proposal plan for you.

Do you provide photographers/videographers, florists, musicians, catering?

Absolutely! We work with a network of trusted vendors we use regularly for our proposals. You’ll have plenty of options to choose from—so you’re never limited to just one style. This applies to everything from florists and musicians to photographers and videographers. Our vendors also offer different price ranges, giving you the flexibility to find the perfect fit for your vision and budget.

Do you handle vendor contracts and payments?

We take care of sourcing the best vendors to match both the style of your proposal and your budget. Once we’ve agreed on the right vendors together, our team will ask them to send the contract directly to you. This way, everything remains fully transparent.

After you’ve signed the contract and paid the deposit, we handle all the management and coordination on your behalf. We believe in keeping the process clear and simple, which is why we prefer our clients to contract directly with the vendors.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather? Do you have a backup plan?

We often set up custom proposals in historic bandstands, which are perfect year-round and provide shelter from rain or snow—so the weather is never an issue. If you’d prefer an open-air location, we can remain flexible with the date to ensure the best conditions for your special moment.

For complete peace of mind, we can also design a full indoor “Plan B” as a backup option. This ensures your proposal goes ahead beautifully, no matter what the weather brings.

Can you create a totally bespoke concept to match our story?

We’ll be delighted to help with that. If your chosen flowers are in season and available locally, we’ll arrange them for you. Simply share the types of flowers you’d like, and we’ll work directly with our florists to make sure they’re part of your proposal setup.
