You don’t need to worry about a thing—we’ll take care of every detail for you. In our standard package, we even include a discreetly placed hidden camera near the proposal spot to capture the exact moment you pop the question, so you’ll always have it to look back on. ​ If you’d like something more professional, we can arrange for a dedicated photographer or videographer at an additional cost. Not only will they capture the proposal itself, but they can also guide you through a short photoshoot afterwards, giving you a collection of beautiful images or video to treasure and share with family and friends.

Our team will thoughtfully decorate a Christmas tree in an elegant, tasteful style and surround your space with twinkling fairy lights and glowing candles to set a truly magical atmosphere. To make the setting even more special, we’ll add a luxurious green velvet backdrop that enhances the festive mood and creates the perfect frame for photos. And of course, once the big question has been asked and the nerves have settled, we’ll have a chilled bottle of prosecco waiting for you to toast this unforgettable moment together.

We’ll do everything we can to provide you with exactly what you need to make your proposal unforgettable. Many of our venues are located within luxury hotels, which means we can also arrange high-end dining experiences or indulgent spa treatments as part of your special day. Music is another way we can elevate the atmosphere. Our standard package includes a speaker, so you can choose the perfect playlist for your moment. But if you’d like to make it even more memorable, we can also arrange for live musicians—whether it’s a violinist, harpist, or acoustic singer—to create a truly magical backdrop to your proposal. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please let us know in advance if you’d like to include any of these add-ons. We’ll take care of the planning, so all you need to do is enjoy the experience.

We recommend booking your proposal date a few weeks in advance—ideally 4 to 6 weeks—to ensure we have plenty of time to prepare the perfect setup and secure your preferred location. That said, we understand that sometimes plans come together quickly, so even if you’re booking just 2 weeks ahead, we’ll do our absolute best to find a magical spot and create an unforgettable experience for you.

We’ll be accepting proposal requests until the 30th of December, after which we’ll take a short two-week break from bookings. So, if you’re planning to propose on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or just before New Year’s, we’d be delighted to help make it truly unforgettable.
