Hotel Shard Proposal
Book a suite at the Shangri-La, and we’ll take care of the magic before you arrive. Picture flickering candles, rose petals, and fairy lights set up in your room and waiting for the perfect moment. This package offers an intimate and deeply romantic setting for your proposal. Our team handles every detail to create a truly unforgettable experience.
We will quietly access your suite to style and prepare the space. If you prefer, we can also complete the décor before your check-in, so your room is ready for the proposal the moment you first open the door. The cost includes hotel room hire overnight. Cost of service is £1,200 + VAT.
Private Event Space Shard Proposal
Propose in one of the Shangri-La Hotel’s most exquisite event spaces, elevated high above the city with sweeping views of Tower Bridge and the River Thames. We’ll transform the setting with florals, candles, and personalised touches to create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and breathtaking.

We’ll arrange a call at a time that suits you to learn about your story, discuss dates, locations, packages, and any ideas you have for your proposal. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll take a deposit (deducted from the final fee) and begin securing all the details to make it happen.

Our packages showcase beautiful décor ideas to inspire your perfect proposal. You can add extras like champagne, flowers, photographers, hampers, dining, accommodation, and more. We also love creating bespoke touches to make your moment truly unforgettable.

Final Touches & Execution
We perfect every aspect, making final refinements to ensure your proposal goes beautifully and effortlessly. We will be in touch with you through the day in case something doesn't go as planned and just for your calmness. We will be on the venue a few hours prior your arrival to get everything ready.
