We Create the Perfect Backdrop Proposal - You Just Bring the Ring

We create beautiful bandstand proposals all year round, with each season offering its own unique charm. During the winter months, we transform bandstands with twinkling fairy lights for a magical atmosphere, while spring and summer feature elegant floral styling and natural blooms. Choose from a selection of stunning bandstands and décor styles, with packages starting from £400.

Step-by-Step Guide

1st - Choose the backdrop style

We have 7 stunning backdrop styles to choose from, available across three price ranges: £390, £750, and £900.
Each backdrop comes as a set design. If you’d like to customise the décor, our bespoke proposal service gives you full creative freedom to do so.
Every package can also be enhanced with add-ons such as a photographer, videographer, live music, florals, and more.

2nd - Choose Location

We work across a curated selection of locations including London, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Reading, Birmingham, and more.
For public spaces, there is no additional venue fee, the location comes at no extra cost. Where a private venue needs to be hired, the rental fee is added on top of your package price.
If you have a specific venue in mind that falls outside of our usual locations, we’d love to make it work. We charge a £150 research deposit upfront to source and secure the right space for you, with the final cost depending on the venue itself.

Once you’ve chosen your backdrop and location, securing your date is beautifully simple. All it takes is signing the contract and paying a 50% deposit and your proposal is officially in motion.
As a thank you for booking promptly, we offer a 10% discount to all clients who confirm within 48 hours of their consultation call. After that, the offer expires, so it’s always worth acting quickly!
The process itself takes just a matter of minutes, but every proposal we create is thoughtfully tailored to feel completely personal and unique to you as a couple.
