To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. This allows us to begin preparing everything for your special day, including purchasing refreshments such as prosecco, snacks, and cakes, as well as sourcing décor and other essentials. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. This process ensures we can deliver a seamless, beautifully prepared proposal experience without any last-minute worries.

If you’d like even more time, we also offer the option to extend your booking by an additional hour for a small extra cost. While we often recommend starting around 11am—when the light is soft and the atmosphere is calm—any time later in the day works just as well.
