Any location in Costwolds and Oxfordshire, as well as locations in 2 hrs drive radius from Oxford.
Select an approximate date for your proposal—ideally confirming at least two weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to secure your chosen location, arrange suppliers, and perfect every detail, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day.
Decide if you’d like to add any special extras—such as drone footage, framed photos, fresh flowers, a premium bouquet, balloons, and more—to make your proposal even more unforgettable. Please note, extras are priced separately.

A picnic setting creates an intimate atmosphere where you’re surrounded by nature and often beautiful architecture, as we carefully select locations where history and nature come together. This package is also budget-friendly, while still providing elegant décor and a magical ambiance. Plus, capturing the moment is simple, as the public setting allows a photographer to blend in discreetly and preserve the surprise.
How to propose during a picnic?
It’s completely up to you, and you should propose at a pace that feels natural and comfortable. From our experience, many clients choose to propose as soon as they arrive at the picnic spot—since it’s usually clear to their partner that this is more than just a regular romantic setup. Proposing early also helps ease the nerves, so you can relax afterwards and fully enjoy the picnic and prosecco together. Of course, another lovely option is to settle in, share a drink, and then pop the question when the moment feels right.

A picnic proposal is one of the most intimate ways to ask the big question. We carefully select locations that offer privacy and seclusion, ensuring there are very few people around. This way, you can focus entirely on the moment without feeling watched or attracting unwanted attention. The atmosphere becomes deeply personal—just the two of you surrounded by a beautifully styled setup, allowing your proposal to feel authentic, private, and truly unforgettable.
Do I have to pay the deposit to book the picnic proposal?
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. This allows us to begin preparing everything for your special day, including purchasing refreshments such as prosecco, snacks, and cakes, as well as sourcing décor and other essentials. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. This process ensures we can deliver a seamless, beautifully prepared proposal experience without any last-minute worries.
What add-ons will be suitable for a picnic proposal?
For a picnic proposal, the right add-ons can really elevate the atmosphere and make the experience feel extra special and personal. Here are

How much time are we going to have?
You’ll have a full two hours to enjoy the proposal setup exclusively to yourselves, giving you plenty of time to soak in the moment, celebrate, and enjoy the delicious food and drinks we provide. There’s no rush—you can relax, take photos, and truly make the most of the experience. If you’d like even more time, we also offer the option to extend your booking by an additional hour for a small extra cost. This way, you can linger a little longer and continue creating memories in a beautifully styled setting.
What time does the picnic starts?
We’re completely flexible when it comes to timing and will set everything up at the moment that works best for you. While we often recommend starting around 11am—when the light is soft and the atmosphere is calm—any time later in the day works just as well. Simply share your preference during the consultation, and we’ll make sure your picnic is perfectly prepared for the time you choose.
