Proposal Consultation
We’ll arrange a call at a time that suits you to learn about your story, discuss dates, locations, packages, and any ideas you have for your proposal. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll take a deposit (deducted from the final fee) and begin securing all the details to make it happen.
Select Date, Time & Place
Together, we’ll choose the perfect date and time, and secure a stunning location that reflects your style. We’ll talk through the atmosphere you’d like to create, from intimate and private to grand and spectacular, and make sure every detail is perfectly timed so the moment feels effortless and unforgettable

Simple Agreement
To secure your proposal experience, we’ll both sign a simple agreement to confirm the details. A 50% prepayment then officially books your date, allowing us to begin reserving your venue, suppliers, and everything needed to bring your vision to life.

Final Check-In
One to two days before your big moment, we’ll reconfirm every detail with you—timings, location, suppliers, and setup—so you feel completely at ease. We’ll also share insider tips and guidance to make sure everything flows seamlessly and you feel confident leading up to the proposal.

Proposal Day
On the day we handle the setup and coordinate everyone involved. We’ll keep you updated and confirm when everything is ready. Then, guide your partner to the stunning setting, pop the question, and enjoy the moment—we’ll quietly take care of everything else, including tidying up afterward.

I'm on a budget, can you still plan something?
We offer a range of proposal packages to suit different budgets, with prices starting from £450 up to £1,800. No matter which package you choose, you can expect the highest quality decorations and beautifully styled setups, all crafted to the same high standard. Every package can also be customised to your vision, with optional extras such as fresh flowers, balloons, photo albums, and more—ensuring your proposal feels truly personal and unforgettable.
Can you organise a photographer to capture the moment?
Absolutely! We can arrange a professional photographer for an additional cost to capture your special moment and even a mini photoshoot afterwards. You can book a photographer for 30 minutes up to 1 hour, depending on your preference. If you’d like something more discreet, every package already includes a hidden camera option to capture the proposal itself—so you’ll always have that magical moment saved.

Where exactly will the proposal take place?
We offer a wide variety of proposal options, each designed to suit different styles and preferences. For our picnic proposals, you can choose from six handpicked locations where history and nature come together in the most romantic way—most of them nestled in the scenic Oxfordshire countryside and the Cotswolds. If you prefer something more architectural, our “Iconic Structures” package gives you the chance to propose in breathtaking settings such as an enchanting Winter Garden or a charming Victorian Pergola. For those who love the intimacy of a private moment, our home proposals cover locations within a 2.5-hour drive from Oxford, allowing us to transform your own space into a beautifully styled and personal setting. During your consultation, we can also explore additional bespoke locations tailored to your vision, ensuring your proposal is truly one-of-a-kind.
For how long can we enjoy the set up?
We begin preparing your proposal setup several hours before your arrival, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place for the big moment. Once you arrive, the space is exclusively yours to enjoy for one full hour—giving you plenty of time to propose, take photos, and soak in the atmosphere. If you’d like to linger a little longer, we can extend the experience by an additional hour for a small extra cost, so you don’t feel rushed on such a special occasion.
I have specific flowers I want to have. How do I organise this?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We’ll be delighted to help with that. If your chosen flowers are in season and available locally, we’ll arrange them for you. Simply share the types of flowers you’d like, and we’ll work directly with our florists to make sure they’re part of your proposal setup.
As outlined in our contract, after your initial consultation, if you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed agreement to secure your booking. The remaining balance should be completed at least two days prior to the event.
