Absolutely! We can arrange a professional photographer for an additional cost to capture your special moment and even a mini photoshoot afterwards. You can book a photographer for 60-90 minutes, depending on your preference. If you’d like something more discreet, every package already includes a hidden camera option to capture the proposal itself, so you’ll always have that magical moment saved.

In addition to our ready-made packages, we also offer a wide range of add-ons to make your proposal even more special. From balloons, fresh flowers, and photography to drone footage, custom photo albums, and much more—you can personalise your experience exactly the way you imagine it. For those who want something truly unique, we also create bespoke proposal packages. Simply share your vision of the perfect proposal, and we’ll bring it to life with creativity, care, and attention to detail. We work with a variety of budgets, so whatever your ideas may be, we’ll do our best to make them a reality.

Getting started is very simple, the first step is to have a quick conversation with us so we can learn more about your vision, preferred location, ideas and overall style for the proposal. From there, we will guide you through the options and help create a bespoke experience that feels personal and unforgettable. ​We offer a wide variety of proposal options, each designed to suit different styles and preferences. For our picnic proposals, you can choose from six handpicked locations where history and nature come together in the most romantic way - most of them nestled in the scenic Oxfordshire countryside and the Cotswolds. If you prefer something more architectural, our Bandstand packages gives you the chance to propose in breathtaking settings such as an enchanting Winter Garden or a charming Victorian Pergola. For those who love the intimacy of a private moment, our home proposals cover locations within a 2.5-hour drive from Oxford, allowing us to transform your own space into a beautifully styled and personal setting. During your consultation, we can also explore additional bespoke locations tailored to your vision, ensuring your proposal is truly one-of-a-kind.

We begin preparing your proposal setup several hours before your arrival, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place for the big moment. Once you arrive, the space is exclusively yours to enjoy for one full hour - giving you plenty of time to propose, take photos, and soak in the atmosphere. If you’d like to linger a little longer, we can extend the experience by an additional hour for a small extra cost, so you don’t feel rushed on such a special occasion.

We’ll be delighted to help with that. If your chosen flowers are in season and available locally, we’ll arrange them for you. Simply share the types of flowers you’d like, and we’ll work directly with our florists to make sure they’re part of your proposal setup.

As outlined in our contract, after your initial consultation, if you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit is required along with a signed agreement to secure your booking. The remaining balance should be completed at least two days prior to the event.
