To enhance the atmosphere, we add an array of candles, elegant floral arrangements, and carefully chosen decorative pieces that complement the setting. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a truly magical setup—perfect for one of the most important moments of your life.

In some cases, we may need your help with moving furniture, especially if the space is limited. Before the setup, we’ll ask you to send us a short video of the room where you plan to propose. This allows us to assess the space in advance and let you know if any adjustments or furniture movement will be required.

The setup time can vary slightly depending on the space and whether any furniture needs to be moved. On average, it takes about one hour for us to complete the full transformation. During this time, our team carefully arranges the décor, lighting, flowers, and all the finishing touches to make sure everything looks perfect. If the space requires additional adjustments, it may take a little longer—but rest assured, we’ll plan everything in advance so your proposal runs smoothly and on time. Also, if you are proposing around Christmas time, we will then also have festive decorations that we can add in depending on your preferences.

Absolutely — we’ll discreetly install a hidden camera to capture your proposal from start to finish. The entire moment will be recorded in high quality on the latest iPhone 15, giving you a beautiful keepsake to relive whenever you wish. If you’d like something more polished, we can also arrange for a professional photographer or videographer at an additional cost. They’ll not only capture the exact moment of the proposal but can also guide you through a short photoshoot afterwards, providing stunning images or video that you can share with loved ones and treasure for years to come.

We’ll provide a selection of prosecco, light snacks such as fresh berries and artisan cheeses, along with a variety of delicious cakes to make your celebration extra special. Please note that hot food is not included in our standard package. However, if you’d like to elevate the experience, we can arrange for a private chef to prepare a bespoke meal for your proposal at an additional cost.

Our basic package already includes everything you need for a beautiful, magical proposal setup, but we know every couple’s story is unique. That’s why we keep our packages flexible, offering a wide range of thoughtful add-ons to make your day even more personal and unforgettable. You might choose to include a romantic photo album filled with your favourite memories as a couple, add extra flowers to enhance the décor, or select from the many other add-ons listed above. And if you have something different in mind, just let us know - we’ll do our very best to bring your vision to life. With these options, you can tailor your proposal experience so it perfectly reflects your relationship and creates a moment you’ll cherish forever.

You’ll have two full hours to yourselves to enjoy the beautiful setup, soak in the atmosphere, and spend some truly romantic, intimate time together. This gives you plenty of space not only for the proposal itself, but also to celebrate, take photos, and simply enjoy the moment without rushing. If you’d like to linger a little longer, you can easily extend your time for just £75 per additional hour.
